3. Limited Warranty

When used as directed, Preach with PowerPoint warrants that for a period
of 8 weeks from the date of its delivery, the presentation will perform in accordance with the specifications stated. Preach with PowerPoint entire liability shall be, with respect to the warranty above at the option of Preach with PowerPoint replacement of the product or return of the purchase price. Any such claim or return should be made to Preach with PowerPoint Power by email, together with written notification of the defect or error.

4. Disclaimer of Other Warranties.

PREACH WITH POWERPOINT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. This is The Entire Agreement Between You and Preach with PowerPoint.

These Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between you and Preach with PowerPoint and govern your use of the PowerPoint presentation website and services. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements between you and Preach with PowerPoint. The failure of Preach with PowerPoint to enforce any right or provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of the right or provision. If any portion of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, the other portions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
